Job summary

Corrugated Supplies Co. in the United States seeks an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain machinery in the corrugated sheet production process. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair equipment to meet specifications.

Strong electrical and mechanical skills and safety adherence are required. This role supports 2nd shift (3 pm–11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am) in a 24/6 facility, coordinating with operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required with related coursework or certification.
Minimum 5+ years of mechanic and electrical experience in manufacturing.
Experience in corrugated industry is required; related military training is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret schematics; strong safety and OSHA awareness.
Fluent English in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repair machinery used in corrugated sheet production.
Troubleshoot and replace PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, bearings and gearboxes.
Calibrate machines electrically and mechanically; read schematics.
Schedule maintenance tasks and lead routine work orders; provide training.
Maintain records using Word, Excel and Outlook; ensure safety compliance.
