Job summary

Pro Services Workforce Solutions has partnered with a Fortune 500 corrugated packaging manufacturer to fill a Direct Hire opportunity for a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Arlington, TX.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical expertise to walk up to a down machine, pull the prints, diagnose, and fix it, keeping a corrugator line and converting equipment running on 3rd shift. Expect newer equipment and a focus on a growing plant with a solid team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical expertise with prints reading.
• Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Experience with bearings, shafts, seals, gearboxes, conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain a full corrugator line and converting equipment on 3rd shift.
• Perform PMs and respond to emergency work orders.
• Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout.
• Rig heavy components with a forklift.

OSHA knowledge
