Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electromechanical Systems Tech II for a leading manufacturing organization in the West Chester, PA area. This 3rd shift role supports production and maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and motor circuits.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical maintenance.
• 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and motor circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Flexibility to work all shifts in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment condition, troubleshoot failures, and perform repairs following standard procedures.
• Resolve machine issues and implement reliability improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain equipment standards in accordance with hardware and software installation manuals.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize machine utilization and minimize scrap.
• Support new system installations, participate in R&D projects, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
