Job summary

Pro Services Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift in Cheswick, PA. The role focuses on repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across corrugated converting equipment, including flexo folder gluers and die cutters.

A clear path for skill growth and pay progression is offered. We require 5+ years of multicraft maintenance with a strong electrical background, PLC troubleshooting, and the ability to work 3rd shift with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

5+ years of multicraft industrial maintenance experience.
Strong electrical foundation with ability to troubleshoot 0–24V, 110–240V, and 480V.
Able to read electrical/mechanical prints and schematics.
PLC hardware troubleshooting on Allen-Bradley/Siemens systems.
MIG welding at minimum; own basic hand tools; 3rd shift availability.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on corrugated converting equipment.
Maintain and service Flexo Folder Gluers, die cutters, conveyors, and banders.
Perform reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance; breakdown analysis.
Read and follow electrical prints; troubleshoot control voltage and 480V systems.
Rebuild bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic cylinders; weld and fabricate as needed.
