Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking professional field service technicians to delight our customers across California. You will repair devices, provide outstanding service, and keep customer devices working correctly.

This role requires electro-mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and drive part of the day. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits and reading schematics.
• Excellent time management and reliability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; background check with MVR.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving up to 50% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; ensure devices work correctly and customers receive top-notch service.
• Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training and instruction.
• Meet key productivity goals, including daily calls, efficiency targets, response times, and cost control.
