Qualifications

• Electro‑mechanical experience using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and read electrical schematics.
• Strong time management and reliability; punctuality and meeting deadlines are valued.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage; MVR checked.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; ensure devices are working correctly and customers receive top‑notch support.
• Use electro‑mechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training through certified instructors and internal programs.
• Aim for productivity goals including calls per day, efficiency, quick response times, and cost‑effective parts usage.
