Job summary

Xerox is expanding its Technical Services division and seeks Production Service Technicians to deliver exceptional service for large-scale production equipment. You will diagnose, repair, install, and support systems on-site, acting as the main customer contact and ensuring inventory and service quality.

The role requires strong electro-mechanical skills, schematics reading, and a high level of reliability. Physical agility and a valid driver’s license are essential for daily fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Senior electro-mechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Ability to read electrical schematics to diagnose systems.
• Proven time management and reliability in field service.
• Valid driver's license; background checks include MVR.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform active fieldwork.
• Any relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and meet SLA expectations.
• Repair and maintenance on large-scale production equipment.
• Diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, and remote support.
• Act as primary customer contact for maintenance and inventories.
• Offer guidance to teammates on policies and repair best practices.
