Job summary

Rockwell Automation is hiring for a full-time Manufacturing Assembler Level 2 in Twinsburg, OH. You will perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly, following wiring, soldering, and harnessing tasks per blueprints.

The role operates on a Sunday-Thursday night shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am and requires adherence to documented methods and BOMs. Expect to work across multiple stations with standard tools and automated test systems, ensuring tolerances align with specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: 2+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies.
• Uses work instructions and bill of materials to complete light assemblies at multiple stations.
• Sets up and adjusts to blueprint specifications; performs wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Works with tolerances per defined processes and time frames.
