Rockwell Automation is seeking a Full-Time Manufacturing Assembler Level 3 to join our production team in Setauket, NY. You will assemble multiple independent cart servo motion control products, including motors and encoders, as part of a diverse workforce.

This role is hourly and weekly paid, with base responsibilities focused on precise assembly and adherence to blueprints. The position offers a first shift schedule (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.), opportunities for overtime, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2 years of related experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Mechanical assembly experience is preferred and helpful for performance of the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing per blueprints.
• Set up and adjust to blueprint tolerances and maintain quality standards.
• Carry out semi-routine tasks with occasional deviations from standard procedures.
• Follow established procedures; instructions required for new assignments.
• Apply job skills and company procedures to complete tasks.
• Overtime is a normal part of this position, typically 5–10% weekly.
