Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an on-site Assembly Technician (Assembler 2) in Mequon, WI for a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM). You will perform electro-mechanical assembly, wire installations, hand soldering and cable harnessing on subassemblies and final products, following BOMs and drawings with strict tolerances.

You will work under supervision, with overtime and responsibilities including engraving, labeling and reporting to support production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly of pre-engineered electro-mechanical equipment control modules.
• Follow BOMs and assembly drawings for wiring and component installation.
• Conduct hand soldering and cable harnessing operations.
• Provide rework assistance under supervision and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Engage in engraving, labeling and reporting tasks as part of manufacturing orders.
