Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Mequon, Wisconsin is seeking an Assembler II for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM). This on-site, full-time role offers a starting rate with a 6% shift premium and opportunities to engage in electronic and electro-mechanical assembly.

You will read blueprints, assemble subassemblies, perform hand soldering and cable harnessing, and follow documented processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. Overtime is commonly required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
• Typically requires 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies on an assembly line.
• Follow wiring, component installation per drawings and instructions.
• Perform rework as directed by testers and manage inspections.
• Assist with engraving, labeling, and manufacturing order reports.
• Overtime is required, averaging about 20 hours per week.
