Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States seeks a Customer Project Manager to lead electrification projects across the full lifecycle, from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will manage cross-functional teams, supervise budgets, coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities, and act as the primary customer interface with strong governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading full lifecycle delivery of complex electrification projects.
• Experience in Marine, Offshore Energy, Utilities, Power Systems, or Process Industries.
• Strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligibility for U.S. security clearance; travel up to 25%.
• Remote work eligibility with occasional travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrification projects across all phases from entry through commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities to meet scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Serve as primary customer interface, managing expectations and relationships.
• Drive cross-functional teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor operations, report milestones, and manage project risks and issues.
• Own project financial performance including revenue, margins, and cash collection.
