Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrification projects in the Defense & Offshore segment, managing the full lifecycle from planning to closure, and coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation.

You will own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction, serve as the primary interface, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure disciplined governance and compliance with EHS and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager leading full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience in electrification-focused industries such as Marine, Offshore Energy, Utilities, Power Systems, or Process Industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligibility for U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits and engagements.
• Remote work eligibility with occasional travel as project needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrification projects across all phases from order entry to installation and commissioning.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities to meet scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, communicating clearly and managing expectations.
• Drive cross-functional teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor and control daily operations while adapting to changing needs.
• Report milestones to ensure visibility and alignment with business metrics, including revenue forecasting.
• Own the financial performance of projects, including revenue, margins, costs, and cash collection.
• Lead regular project reviews, financial assessments, and progress updates with stakeholders.
