Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an experienced project engineering leader to manage a portfolio of Americas Generator projects.

You will guide a team of senior engineers, set project plans, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery while interfacing with proposal, cost estimating, and partners. You will drive technical leadership, maintain global process consistency, and apply strong judgment to solve complex engineering and program challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 6+ years in design or project engineering.
• Experience in Electrical Systems or Generator Engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Americas Project Engineering projects with a team of Generator engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, GE Product Engineering, Sourcing, and sub-contractors.
• Manage a small to medium team of senior professionals and influence strategy for area of responsibility.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources and communicate complex concepts clearly.
