Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Project Engineering Leader to guide a portfolio of Americas Generator projects with a team of engineers. You will own regional project control, drive standardized specifications, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for customers.

Role demands engineering rigor, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate fast-paced execution with high autonomy. Relocation may be provided and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from an accredited university with at least 6 years of experience.
• Experience in Electrical Systems or Generator Engineering/Technology.
• Master's degree or higher equivalent.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work and plan schedules for customer projects.
• Provide technical leadership and interface with multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products and processes.
