The Romanoff Group is seeking a skilled Electrician - multi-family to join our Columbus, Ohio team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems on residential projects, following codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: completion of an apprentice program or technical training.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore and Fieldwire or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and diagrams to install and configure trade systems.
• Install and maintain electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems per codes and standards.
• Test systems for functionality and safety, diagnose issues, and repair as needed.
• Ensure safe handling of tools and materials; maintain inventory control.
• Coordinate with contractors and other trades to integrate work on site.
• Mentor apprentices and co-workers in safe practices and technical skills.
