Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of trade-specific construction experience (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written English materials.
• Professional certifications or licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead field teams to ensure high-quality work that meets company standards.
• Coordinate project schedules to maintain workflow and deadlines.
• Organize and manage project materials, equipment, and resources.
• Schedule and oversee job site inspections for policy compliance.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Participate in weekly job site meetings and provide status updates.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions using appropriate tools.
• Read and interpret contract drawings and specifications for material needs.
