Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of trade-specific electrical construction experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written English material.
• Professional certifications or licenses preferred.
• Experience with hand tools and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews and coordinate job-site operations.
• Manage schedules, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and company standards.
• Lead weekly site meetings and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors for smooth transitions.
• Read contract drawings and determine material requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold safety policies.
• Maintain communication with Project Manager on costs and budgets.
