Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is required.
• Valid driver''s license is required.
• Apprentice program completion or earlier technical program is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Procore, and Fieldwire or similar software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and configuration of systems.
• Install and maintain trade specific equipment, systems, and other building infrastructure according to industry standards and codes.
• Test electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for functionality, continuity, and safety compliance.
• Inspect systems to ensure proper installation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Follow safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out procedures to prevent accidents.
• Adhere to NEC, plumbing, and HVAC codes for all worksite activities.
• Coordinate work with contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades.
