The Romanoff Group of Companies in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an Electrical Foreman - Multi-Family to lead field crews, manage schedules and ensure code-compliant installations. You will coordinate materials, supervise apprentices, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Preferred: prior supervisory experience.
• Preferred: ability to read and comprehend written English materials.
• Preferred: professional certifications or licenses.
• Preferred: experience with construction hand tools and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead field teams, ensuring high-quality work aligned with company standards.
• Coordinate project schedules to meet deadlines and maintain work sequences.
• Organize and manage project materials, equipment, and resources.
• Schedule/oversee job site inspections for policy adherence.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades for seamless integration.
• Participate in weekly job site meetings and provide status updates.
