Job summary

You will collaborate with leadership to identify needs, design and update courses, and ensure training materials align with company procedures and regulations.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, adult learning principles, and the use of instructional design to maximize employee performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, adult learning, instructional design, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years delivering instructor-led and online training for adult learners; experience with learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and prioritize delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain course curricula, facilitator guides, and job aids for instructor-led and eLearning formats.
• Deliver engaging training in virtual or in-person settings and measure outcomes.
• Track participation and outcomes; maintain training records and report on effectiveness.
• Stay updated on trade training requirements and LEAN or continuous improvement practices.
