Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a branch leader to manage a NETA testing and maintenance operation outside Nashville. You will own growth, profitability, safety, and customer relationships, while leading a field tech team on large jobs in coordination with sister branches.

The ideal candidate has a NETA Level III or IV certification, 5+ years of electrical testing and maintenance, and proven P&L experience. You must be willing to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours, including weekends or

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification with hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%.
