Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own full P&L, growth and safety for a NETA testing and maintenance branch. You will drive revenue, margins and customer relationships while guiding field technicians and coordinating large projects with sister branches.

The role requires NETA Level III or IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and a track record of profitability.

Qualifications

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%.
