Clear Concepts, Inc. in Nashville-area seeks a branch leader to own P&L and drive growth for a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville.

You will hire and coach field techs, develop quotes, and manage key accounts while ensuring safety and quality across all field activities. The role requires a hands-on field tech background with a NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership experience.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%
