Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, growth, safety, and customer relationships. You will supervise and schedule field techs, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, and walk jobs to build quotes and grow key accounts.

The role demands NETA Level III or IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel up to 50% is expected; a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%
