Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a branch leader to own P&L for a Nashville-area testing and maintenance operation. You will recruit and manage field technicians, oversee large projects with sister branches, and grow key accounts while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing, and proven profitability leadership. Travel up to 50% and a base salary of $125k–$160k with up to 15% bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in electrical testing and maintenance
• Supervisory or branch leadership experience
• Proven P&L or profitability experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels
• Travel: up to 50%
