Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a branch leader to manage a Nashville-area NETA testing and maintenance operation. You will own the branch P&L, drive revenue and margin, supervise field techs, and nurture key customer accounts while maintaining safety and quality.

This role requires a NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing, and proven profitability experience. Expect travel up to 50%, weekends as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package with a company

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%
