Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, grow key accounts, and lead field technicians. You will manage revenue, margins, labor utilization, and job costing while coordinating large projects with sister branches.

The role requires NETA Level III or IV, 5+ years in electrical testing, and proven leadership. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with travel up to 50% and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification.
• Hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, with supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%.
