Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant electrical experience with a High School Diploma/GED
• NETA/NICET certification preferred or equivalent hands-on electrical testing experience
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Experience with protective relays, breakers, transformers, switchgear, and related test equipment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead multiple projects onsite and in-house, ensuring complete documentation from order to invoice
• Perform testing of low and medium voltage cables, transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, and related equipment
• Follow safety standards and reduce wasteful practices while controlling costs
• Provide on-call support for emergencies and respond promptly to customer needs
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure efficient commissioning and startup
