Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts seeks an Electrical Engineer II for onsite work in Tewksbury, near Sudbury. Role requires DoD security clearance and citizenship for clearance processing.

You will design, test, and integrate equipment across multi‑discipline teams, producing drawings and schematics and resolving issues throughout the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with 2+ years of experience, plus hands‑on experience with commercial test gear and schematic tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Proficiency with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics using tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Hands-on experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), and harnesses.
• Create technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design, including capture activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.
• Work independently and as part of a team to manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects, participating in all stages of the product development lifecycle.
