government security clearance (Secret) prior to start. The position focuses on design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment within multidisciplinary teams, including creating technical drawings, schematics, and analysis, while supporting production test stations and harnesses in a demanding engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface Test Adapters), and harnesses.
• Design capture activities via the creation of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis.
• Act, either as part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.
