Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer to coordinate across engineering teams, define test environment capabilities, and ensure robust testing across the development lifecycle. You will work within the Test Solutions organization on Raytheon products, contributing to requirements and MBSE-driven design.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with a minimum of one year of related experience, and can obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with at least 1 year of related engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across all engineering teams to define, design, and document Test Environment capabilities and requirements.
• Define and influence how prime hardware will be tested from component to All-Up-Round.
• Develop subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture.
• Interact with Technical SMEs to understand subsystems and resolve issues.
