Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance seeks an experienced Outside Sales professional in Roseville, MN to drive territory growth and ensure top-notch customer experience. You will own sales & marketing for assigned customers, develop proposals, and build long-term relationships with decision makers.

The role requires travel, after-hours availability, and strong knowledge of electrical service markets. Represent the brand with integrity and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electrical industrial construction, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and/or repair.
• Electrical service sales experience valued with technical service background.
• Basic knowledge of specialized equipment and diagnostic test techniques provided.

Responsibilities

• Territory sales and relationship management for assigned customers.
• Support regional sales, marketing, and development plans.
• Conduct sales outreach through phone, in-person meetings, and other channels.
• Identify market opportunities through research and planning.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and integrity.
• Develop rapport and credibility with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Follow through and follow up with customers.
• Identify and reach decision makers through research and cold calling.
