Voyant Beauty is seeking an Electrical Technician on 2nd shift to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in our production environment. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with PLCs and motor controls, plus a high school diploma or technical training in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• 1-3 years in industrial/manufacturing environment required.
• 1-3 years with PLCs, automation, and motor controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Interpret and apply schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Maintain, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and other automation systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure equipment compliance with safety standards.
• Document electrical maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Assist with electrical upgrades, retrofits, and new installations.
• Some duties may vary slightly by location.
