Qualifikationen

• Must perform mechanical and preventative maintenance on all distribution equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and blueprints.
• Seven years as a technician performing electrical/mechanical repairs in an industrial environment.
• Strong electrical and PLC experience required.
• Strong motor control experience required.

Aufgaben

• Install electrical systems and circuits to support Building Services projects.
• Troubleshoot and take corrective action for distribution equipment program calls.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on distribution equipment (Conveyor, Cranes, ASRS, Sorters, Extendos, Printers, Labelers, Scales, Scanners).
• Perform daily maintenance on distribution equipment (Conveyor, Cranes, ASRS, Sorters, Extendos, Printers, Labelers, Scanners).
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for testing, maintenance and repairs.
• Follow OSHA and safety requirements and company policies; handle hazardous materials appropriately.
• Prepare department documentation (work logs, equipment check sheets, preventative maintenance docs).
• Communicate major problems to Maintenance Supervisor; assist in training new mechanics.
