Job summary
Stabilus is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Gastonia, NC. You will diagnose and repair highly automated equipment, focusing on electrical, electronic, and control systems to maximize uptime and reliability.
This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities and the discipline to work safely in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have a 2-year EE degree and a minimum of five years’ maintenance experience, with proficiency in Siemens S5/S7 PLCs,
Qualifications
- 2-year EE technical degree or equivalent certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of equipment maintenance and reliability experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to diagnose and correct issues independently and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment with emphasis on electrical/electronic and controls issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Document maintenance work, downtime events, and parts usage in SAP-PM.
