Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in an MEP consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with institutional/education projects required.
• History of building strong teams that improve the client experience and drive business results.
• Proven track record of engaging with clients and maintaining effective relationships over time.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results based on client satisfaction.
• Active participation in professional networks within the AEC industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach & Develop: Provide direct feedback at individual and team level and help career growth.
• Own Quality: Provide high‑level technical oversight and QA for all projects and electrical documents.
• Evangelize Standards: Identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to electrical standards and processes.
