You will direct design efforts, review work, and serve as a technical resource, stepping in to keep projects on track. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to develop staff and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of engineering industry experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction across engineering design and project execution.
• Review submittals for compliance with design standards and codes.
• Mentor staff on project execution, performance, and client management.
• Develop scopes, schedules and fees for contracts and work packages.
• Coordinate workload planning and risk/financial management for the team.
• Lead recruitment efforts and participate in strategic planning.
