Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Engineer to design test-ready circuits and PCBA platforms for our manufacturing organization in Santa Ana. You will collaborate with firmware and test teams to enable board support packages for embedded Linux and MCU RTOS environments.

You will own PCB design, harnesses, test fixtures, and data acquisition interfaces, ensuring products meet stringent standards for high reliability and test automation. A U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
4+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on product designs that have gone to manufacturing.
Experience with Professional Electronics Design packages (Altium, Cadence, PADs) for schematic capture and layout.
Expertise in PCBA design and ability to design/fabricate or guide contract manufacturers.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment (power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition and measurement sensors).
Familiar with Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems and releasing designs for production.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

Design Circuits and Schematics for test automation platforms.
Integrate designs into Anduril’s PDM systems and follow product design release processes.
Design and source PCB assemblies from FPGA-based boards to MCU interfaces and peripheral modules.
Architect and source circuit board test fixtures, using data acquisition equipment.
Build internal library for test circuits and apply DFM/DFT best practices.
Bring up, debug, and characterize circuits and high-speed signals (RF, USB, CAN).
