Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group seeks an Engineering Project Team Leader to drive complex electrical design-build projects across the United States. You will lead and mentor teams of Electrical Engineers, Designers, and BIM specialists, guiding projects from development through delivery.

You will oversee design quality, budget, and scheduling while coordinating with clients and project managers on high-profile installations.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. PE license – REQUIRED.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong background in electrical design, power distribution, and construction.
• Experience managing engineering teams, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash, and other electrical studies.
• Experience with design-build or preconstruction projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Be Doing:
