Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Leadership experience overseeing people and projects.
• Experience leading proposals, estimates, staffing, and execution planning.
• Experience with multi-discipline teams and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering team to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Balance workloads and optimize utilization across engineers and designers.
• Guide proposals and estimates, including scope, staffing, and risk.
• Review and stamp deliverables as PE of record where required.
• Mentor engineers toward PE licensure and career growth.
