Job summary

EAD Corporations is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical team on industrial projects. You will personally stamp deliverables as the Professional Engineer of record, mentor engineers, and coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-scope results.

The role combines hands-on electrical design with leadership responsibilities, driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Active PE license; must stamp deliverables.
• Experience leading electrical teams on industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
• Ability to plan, mentor, and manage multi‑project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical team to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Mentor engineers and manage staffing across projects.
• Review and stamp deliverables as PE of record.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, Utilities, and vendors.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and execution plans with risk awareness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and EAD standards.
