Job summary

MPW Industrial Water is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to design, program, test, commission, and improve electrical power and control systems for industrial water treatment solutions.

You’ll own assigned electrical and controls deliverables, develop concepts from project requirements, and lead projects from design through startup while collaborating with engineering, fabrication, operations, field service, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires technical education or hands-on experience in electrical/controls engineering.
• Experience designing industrial power and control systems, including Allen-Bradley PLC platforms; FactoryTalk preferred.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet/IP networking and CAD drawing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and controls projects from concept through design, testing, commissioning, and implementation.
• Develop high-level electrical/control design concepts from sales info and project requirements.
• Design power distribution and low-voltage control power applications.
