Job summary

Kirby Risk Electrical Supply in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the go-to resource for customers at the counter. You’ll handle inquiries, provide product recommendations, process orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and detail-oriented organizational skills. A forklift background is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Quick learner who’s eager to grow and apply new knowledge.
• Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations and honoring commitments.
• Partner with outside sales to support customers and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time, accurate product delivery.
