Job summary

Kirby Risk is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN to serve as the go-to contact for customers, ensuring accurate order entry, timely deliveries, and strong vendor coordination.

You will work with outside sales, support marketing efforts, and participate in warehousing and inventory management while maintaining high service standards and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Quick learner eager to grow and apply new knowledge.
• Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution preferred.

Customer Service Representative – Electrical Supply

Indianapolis, IN

What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative

In this multi-faceted role, you’ll be the go-to contact for customer needs, providing top-tier support and ensuring every interaction reflects the Kirby Risk standard of service.

You’ll

What To Expect In This Role

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfort with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments
• Forklift experience a plus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 am–5 pm, with overtime as needed
