About the Advanced Facilities Group

JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) combines Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing into one high-performing team focused on cutting-edge work to serve innovative clients on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. As part of the team, you'll work on some of the most advanced construction projects across the country, growing your career alongside our diverse team of industry professionals.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

• Lead safety culture and demonstrate commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, organization of the job, and workflow.
• Oversee company staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs such as Safety, Quality, and EEO.
• Develop work plans, coordinate project site care, and lead meetings.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and costs, and communicate key information to stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, quality compliance, and support project closeouts.
• Participate in project pursuits, negotiations, and staffing.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.

Additional Responsibilities - Superintendent 2

• Manage complex stand-alone projects from start to finish.
• Identify and manage project risks and deliverables.
• Participate in project pursuits and negotiations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Effective communication, relationship-building, and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Understanding of construction management fundamentals, project processes, and trades.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedule, and project risks.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years field supervision; Lean principles experience preferred.

Working Environment & Benefits

• Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, travel may be required.
