Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join our Project Delivery and Construction team at a project site near Cary, North Carolina. You will lead specific trades on site and manage field operations, ensuring safety and quality on assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction site management, with proven experience as a Superintendent on MEP projects (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience acting as a Superintendent on MEP projects (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures projects meet applicable quality requirements.
• Interacts with clients on site and promotes positive relationships.
• Supports development of project plans, including schedules and sequencing logic.
• Oversees subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and safety.
• Assists in change control documentation and related financial tracking.
• Manages submittals, invoices, and payment requests.
• Conducts periodic site inspections and reports findings.
• Supports startup and commissioning activities if included in scope.
