Qualifications

• 5+ years as an assistant superintendent or field project engineer level or equivalent field experience
• Experience in Design/Build or construction mgmt firm specializing in highly technical projects such as life science or medical device
• Degree or educational training in a related field
• Knowledge of safety programs and project coordination practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor site operations, safety, means, methods, progress, quality, schedule progress and tracking
• Coordinate trades and ensure toolbox talks are in place
• Facilitate and ensure site safety training
• Track and direct lift plan operations and daily log of work
• Attend and participate in PM meetings and lead foreman meetings
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, transmittals and as-built documents
