Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent in Raleigh, NC to oversee all electrical construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure safety, compliance with codes, and drive project schedules while mentoring electricians and onsite personnel.

Requirements include a minimum of five years in industrial electrical construction and a valid NC Unlimited Electrical License; strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency with CM software are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within industrial electrical construction.
• Must possess a valid NC Unlimited Electrical License.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with liaising ability with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all electrical work is executed safely and in compliance with codes and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with other trades and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to electricians and construction personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers with status updates.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment.
• Conduct training and development sessions for team members.
• Resolve on-site issues or disputes to minimize impact on timelines and budget.
