Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 10 to 25%.
• Work Schedule: 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams with NEC knowledge and a strong emphasis on safety and excellence.
• Coach and support direct reports; ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget.
• Coordinate with field, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating and other internal resources.
• Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of care and risk management.
• Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades and ensure margin improvements.
